When you see your reflection, do you notice your eyes lingering on the fine lines and wrinkles throughout your face? Known as dynamic lines, these skin concerns develop as a result of repetitive facial expressions, like smiling, frowning, and squinting. With Botox® Cosmetic & Other Neuromodulators, it is now possible to temporarily reduce the formation of moderate to severe frown lines, Crow’s feet, and forehead creases. We utilize a specialized type A strain of botulinum toxin, which functions to temporarily “freeze” the muscles that cause those movements.
At Beyond Medical Spa & Wellness Center, we are proud to offer neuromodulator injections as a minimally invasive cosmetic solution to help men and women achieve a more youthful, refreshed appearance.
Neuromodulators are injected into specific areas to create a temporary loss of muscle tone, resulting in a reduction of the lines of the upper face and forehead, and the deep furrows between the eyebrows to produce a pleasing effect. Botox® is a leading neuromodulator that has been highly successful at reducing smile lines, crow’s feet, and facial wrinkles. However, the market has expanded to include other options. At Beyond, we also use other neuromodulators/neurotoxins such as Dysport®, Jeuveau®, Xeomin®, and Daxxify. We offer all of these and will consult with you to select the best for your aesthetic goals and budget.
The number of Botox® treatments administered will vary based on individual concerns and the depth and severity of your lines and wrinkles. The Beyond Team can suggest the ideal number of Botox® injections according to your aesthetic outcomes and whether you want to treat the Crow’s feet, brow area, or forehead. To keep up with your cosmetic outcomes, our team could recommend having Botox® procedures every 3 – 4 months at Beyond Medical Spa & Wellness Center.
Botox® pairs well with other aesthetic solutions for women and men who would like to reduce aging concerns. If you experience deeper and more severe facial wrinkles and lines, our experts may recommend administering a filler for smoother outcomes. To further enhance a younger-looking appearance, we could perform additional complementary procedures, such as PRP with microneedling or facials.
Botox® Cosmetic is a specific type of wrinkle relaxer that thrives among a market of other comparable options, including Dysport®, XEOMIN®, and Jeuvea®. All of these wrinkle relaxer options consist of type A botulinum toxin, but each one is designed uniquely to treat specific concerns.
Although wrinkle relaxers, like Botox® Cosmetic, are administered to decrease facial lines by temporarily freezing your muscle contractions, dermal fillers are a different category of cosmetic formulations that increase facial volume. Dermal fillers are designed to volumize sunken areas and reduce static wrinkles. The Beyond Team of professional and experienced injectors and providers can ascertain whether you may benefit from a dermal filler (such as Restylane® or JUVÉDERM®) to complement your Botox® results.
If you’re tired of seeing facial creases that make you appear older and want to diminish your wrinkles and heighten your natural beauty, then schedule your complimentary consult with us today!
